Bulletin 2: Minerva-Gentner Symposium 2009: Experiment confronts String Theory

 

 

1 Introduction

 

The Minerva-Gentner Symposium 2009 is jointly organised by H.Abramowicz (TAU) and R.Klanner (Hamburg University). It is supported by the Minerva foundation, DESY and MPI-Munich. It takes place from October 12 - 15 2009 at the Harnack House, Berlin, Germany.

 

Participation is by invitation only. Costs for travel from the home institution to Berlin and back (cheapest reasonable ticket) and housing at the Harnack House will be covered by the conference.

 

This 2nd Bulletin gives some information about the conference venue and schedule and should help you to organise your trip to Berlin. A list of contacts is also provided in case you need assistance.

 

 

2 Venue and Accommodation

where you find also information about its location in Berlin and how to reach it by plane and train (www.harnackhaus-berlin.mpg.de/eng-wegweis.htm). Accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner will be at the Harnack House. If you have special food requirements, please contact the secretariat.

 

In the Harnack House, there are rooms with 1 and 2 beds, and suites with 2 bedrooms. The organisers will make a proposal for the allocation.
